Mr Elliott is a highly respected and very experienced Forensic Collision Investigator specialising in the analysis and reconstruction of road traffic collisions, Driver Responses in emergency situations [Human Factors], night-time reconstructions, pedestrian conspicuity, vehicle examinations, damage consistency reports, light bulb examinations, the forensic examination of tyres, CCTV & Dashcam analysis.

Mr Elliott is a 1st Tier approved Expert for The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has over 30 years’ experience as an Expert Witness in all levels of Court, as a trained Single Joint Expert, a Court appointed Expert, in the UK and abroad.

Mr Elliott gained 14 years Police Service including 11 years as a Traffic Officer and Collision Investigator before entering private practice for the past 25 years.

Mr Elliott regularly carries out reconstructions as part of a collision investigation in terms of fields of view, lines of sight, night-time visibility, driver detection thresholds and pedestrian conspicuity. Has carried out many reconstructions, including night-time reconstructions.

Mr Elliott has also carried out a number of vehicular crash tests to establish consistency of damage and impact forces for low velocity rear end impacts.
